정향

Definition

정향(丁香)은 정향나무의 꽃봉오리와 열매에서 짜낸 즙으로 만든 향료이다. 서유구(徐有榘)의 《임원경제지 이운지(林園經濟志 怡雲志)》에 만드는 방법이 실려있다.
