백모향

Definition

백모향(白茅香)은 중국 광동성 남쪽 산골짜기에서 자라는 풀로 만든 향료이다. 서유구(徐有榘)의 《임원경제지 이운지(林園經濟志 怡雲志)》에 만드는 방법이 실려있다.
