이 2층 건물은 1939년에 지어진 것으로, 1층은 상가, 2층은 주거 공간으로 구성되어 있다.
1962년 공장이 들어서면서 건물을 일부 증축 및 개축했다고 한다. 1992년 크게 보수하였고 지금은 한복 재료를 판매하는 상점으로 사용하고 있다.
