문경 평산신씨 묘 출토복식은 2004년 평산신씨 무덤의 자리를 옮기는 과정에서 나온 유물들이다. 이 유물들은 총 70여 점으로 저고리·치마·바지·단령* 등 복식류를 비롯하여 습신·악수·현훈 등의 염습구**, 관을 짜는 데 사용하는 치관류 등이 있다. 옷 중에서도 특히 치마폭 전체가 직금****으로 되어 있는 금선단 치마***가 주목을 받고 있다. 문경 평산신씨 묘에서 나온 유물들은 보수하고 보존하는 처리 과정을 거쳐 현재는 옛길박물관에서 소장하고 있다.

영문 해설 내용
