아향

Definition

아향(牙香)은 침향, 백단향, 유향, 청계향(靑桂香), 강진향, 용뇌, 갑향 등을 조합하여 만든 향이다. 만드는 방법은 문헌에 따라 차이가 있다. 서유구(徐有榘)의 《임원경제지 이운지(林園經濟志 怡雲志)》에 아향을 만드는 여러 방법이 실려있다.
