사반(社飯)은 입춘 후 5번째 되는 무일(戊日)인 춘사일(春社日)과 입추 후 5번째 되는 무일(戊日)인 추사일(秋社日)에 사단(社壇)에서 제사를 지내고 제사 지낸 고기를 밥에 얹어 먹는 세시풍속이다.
