부뚜막 제도

Definition

부뚜막은 솥을 걸 수 있도록 아궁이 위에 흙과 돌을 쌓아 만든 턱이다. 서유구(徐有榘)의 《임원경제지 섬용지(林園經濟志 贍用志)》에 부뚜막의 제도에 관하여 실려있다.
