승정원이 수라 들기를 권하여 이에 따르다
○壬午/承政院啓: "世宗大王遺敎曰: ‘三日後可進食。’ 請從是敎。" 傳曰: "予已歠粥。 進食則當待成殯後酌爲之。" 更啓, "若不進膳, 則王妃亦豈肯進膳? 請勿違先王遺敎, 爲王妃强進。" 傳曰: "先王遺敎大矣, 予勉從之。"	조선왕조실록 홈페이지에서 보기

승정원이 아뢰기를, "세종 대왕의 유교에 ‘사흘 뒤에는 밥을 먹게 하라.’ 하셨으니, 이 유교를 따르소서." 하니, 전교하기를, "나는 이미 죽을 먹었으니 밥 먹는 것은 성빈(成殯)하고 나서 알아 하겠다." 하매, 다시 아뢰기를, "만약 수라를 들지 않으시면, 왕비께서 또한 어찌 수라를 드시겠습니까. 선왕의 유교를 어기지 마시고, 왕비를 위하여 억지로 잡수소서." 하니, 전교하기를, "선왕의 유교가 중하니, 내가 힘써 따르리라." 하였다.	The Royal Secretariat petitioned: “The proclamation passed down by King Sejong the Great says: ‘After three days, have [the royal family] eat a [full] meal.’ I beg you to follow this decree.” It was conveyed [from the crown prince]: “I have already had porridge. I will consider eating a meal after the funeral hall is prepared.” [The Royal Secretariat] submitted a petition again: “If you do not have a meal, how is it possible for the queen to have hers? I beg you not to go against the decree of the previous king, [instead] please compel yourself to eat a [full] meal for the sake of the queen.” It was conveyed: “Since the decree of the previous king is of central importance, I will try my best to follow it.”
