율미자아

Definition

율미자아(栗味子兒)는 황률가루를 넣은 밤 모양의 과자이다. 왕실 가례 때 동뢰연상에 올린다. 황률가루에 밀가루와 꿀을 넣어 반죽한 다음, 밤 모양으로 만들어 참기름에 튀겨낸 것이다.
