송고마조

Definition

송고마조(松古亇條)는 숙송고(熟松古)를 넣어 반죽한 막대 모양의 과자이다. 숙송고는 소나무의 흰 껍질을 벗겨서 삶아 익힌 것이다. 왕실 가례 때 동뢰연상에 올린다. 찹쌀가루나 밀가루에 숙송고와 꿀을 넣어 반죽한 다음, 네모지고 길게 막대모양으로 썰어 참기름에 지져낸 것을 꿀에 담궜다가 꺼내어 사분백미(沙粉白米) 고물로 묻힌다.
