自會同館發程。是日晴。百戶張述祖與其子仲英。討車三輛於順天府遞運所而來。臣則騎馬。從者或坐車。或乘驢。從玉河橋。出自崇文門。復過通州新舊城。至潞河驛。驛吏李鳳煎茶來饋。
회동관에서 길을 떠났습니다.
이 날은 맑았습니다.
백호 장술조가 아들 중영(仲英)과 함께 수레 3량을 순천부체운소(順天府遞運所)에서 청구해 가져왔습니다.
신은 말을 타고 종자들은 수레에 타기도 하고 당나귀를 타기도 하였습니다.
옥하교에서 나와 숭문문(崇文門)으로부터 다시 통주(通州)의 신성(新城)과 구성(舊城)을 지나서 노하역(潞河驛)에 이르니, 역리(驛吏) 이봉(李鳳)이 차를 끓여 와서 대접하였습니다.
24th Day. Setting out from the Central Post Hotel. This day was fair.
Centurion Chang Shu-tsu and his son Chung-ying ordered three carriages at the Shun-t'ien-fu Transfer Station and came. I mounted a horse, and my staff either sat in the carriages or got on donkeys. We went out Ch’ung-wen Gate by way of Jade River Bridge, passed again through the new and old walls of T’ung-chou, and came to Lu-ho Station. Li Feng, an official of the station, boiled tea and served it to us.
