장락사지 제23건물지는 조선 시대 중기에 세워진 9.45m 규모의 정면 3칸, 3.25m 규모의 측면 2칸인 남향 건물이 있던 자리이다. 적심석* 5기와 주춧돌 2기가 남아 있으며, 동쪽 칸에는 디딜방아의 몸체를 지탱해 주는 돌기둥인 볼씨(※디딜방아나 물레방아의 쌀개를 받치기 위하여 기둥처럼 박아 놓은 나무나 돌)가 2개 있다. 적심석 위에서 분청사기와 조선 시대 중기에 제작된 백자가 소량 나왔다. 현재는 건물지 주춧돌의 위치를 표시하여 놓았다.

제23건물지는 조선시대 중기에 세워진 남향 건물이 있던 자리로, 건물 규모는 정면 9.45m, 측면 3.25m 이다. 적심석 5기와 주춧돌 2기가 남아 있으며, 동쪽 칸에는 디딜방아의 몸체를 지탱하기 위해 사용하던 돌기둥이 2개 있다. 적심석 위에서 분청사기와 조선시대 중기에 제작된 백자가 소량 나왔다. 현재는 건물지 주춧돌의 위치를 표시하여 놓았다.
