*I cannot see any narrowing of the entrance on the photos (https://m.blog.naver.com/PostView.naver?isHttpsRedirect=true&blogId=microtools&logNo=220623164877). It looks like it is just the outer entrance that is narrower than the rest of the passage.

암문은 일종의 비밀통로로 적의 관측이 어려운 곳에 설치된다. 남한산성에는 모두 16개의 암문이 있는데 본성에 11개, 봉암성에 4개, 한봉성에 1개가 설치되어 있다.

장경사 암문은 경기도 광주시 검복리 방면과 연결된다. 문의 형태는 안쪽에서 바깥쪽으로 좁아지는 홍예식(아치형)으로 폭 127cm, 높이 210cm이다.
