국문
1963년에 지은 2층 상가주택으로 1층은 덕트* 제조 상점인 신광닥트함석공사에서 사용하고 있다. 정면은 벽기둥을 돌출시켜 입면을 구분하고 타일로 마감하였고 나머지 면들은 시멘트로 단순하게 마감하였다. 이 건물은 1960년대 이후 솜리 지역 상업건축물의 특징을 잘 보여주며, 덕트 제조업의 모습을 온전하게 유지하고 있어 생활사적 가치가 있다.

이 2층 건물은 1963년에 지어진 상가 주택이다. 당시 이 일대에 지어졌던 상업건축물의 특징을 잘 보여주며, 현재 1층은 덕트 제조업체에서 이용하고 있다.
건물 정면은 타일로 마감하였고, 나머지 면들은 시멘트로 마감하였다. 정면에 벽기둥을 돌출시켜 입면을 구분하였다.
