성남 천림산 봉수의 봉수군들이 사용했던 것으로 추정되는 건물지로 봉수 유적의 남서쪽 약 20m 떨어진 곳에 위치하고 있다.

이 건물지는 지역주민의 제보로 알려지게 되었다. 발굴 조사 결과 약간 경사가 있는 평지를 석축이 에워쌌던 흔적과 지하를 파내어 공간으로 사용한 흔적, 그리고 건물지 1개소 등이 확인되었다. 백자, 청화백자, 옹기, 기와, 맷돌 등 많은 조선시대 생활 유물들이 발견되었다.

Building Site at Cheollimsan Beacon Station, Seongnam

The building site presumed to have been used by the soldiers at Cheollimsan Beacon Station is located about 20 m to the southwest of the beacon station site.

In 2000, this building site became known through a report made by the locals. According to archaeological excavations, remains of stone elevations surrounding a flat area with a slight slope, hollow remains used as an underground space as well as one building site were revealed. Many lifestyle artifacts from the Joseon period (1392-1910) such as white porcelain, blue on white porcelain, earthenware, roof tiles, and millstones were discovered.
