2호 해자의 최대 규모는 길이가 90m이며, 폭은 20m이다. 이 해자의 석축은 1호, 3호 해자와 마찬가지로 성벽 아래쪽의 경우 경사면을 따라 완만하게 쌓았으며, 나머지 면은 수직으로 쌓았다. 석축은 한 번 고쳐 지어졌는데, 이때 남쪽으로 축소되었다. 이 해자에서는 비교적 기와가 많이 나왔다.

Moat No. 2 (Wolseong Palace Site, Gyeongju)

Moat No. 2 measures up to 90 m in length and up to 20 m in width*. Its embankment walls were built vertically except for the southern wall which follows the natural slope under the palace wall*. The embankment underwent one alteration during which it was reduced along its northern side**. Excavations of the moat revealed numerous roof tiles.

• Since the wall isn't there anymore, using it as a reference point could be misleading I guess.
