This site is presumed to be that of a building that provided a passage between the areas on either side of the retained wall.

The building that once stood at this site is presumed to have been a passageway between the areas in front of and behind the southernmost east-west retaining wall. It is located in front of the wall toward its western end, and there is a similar building site toward its eastern end. The site measures 8 m in width and about 7 m in length and is defined by a pair of parallel stacked stone structures that measure about 0.6 m in height.

해설문

국문

위치와 구조로 보아 석축을 넘나들기 위한 출입시설로 추정되는 건물터다. 동서방향 석축(동서석축1)에서 튀어 나와서 양쪽으로 면을 맞춰 돌을 쌓았는데, 동서 길이가 약 8m, 남북이 약 7m, 높이 0.6m(4단) 정도가 남아 있다. 석축의 동쪽에도 비슷한 건물터가 있다.
