해설문
국문
궁궐을 둘러싸고 있는 담장으로 동서 길이가 약240m, 남북이 약 490m의 직사각형이다. 담장의 폭은 3m 정도로, 잘 다듬은 석재를 쌓아 올려 만들었다. 담장의 안팎으로 돌을 깔아 보도(부석시설敷石施設)를 만들고, 담장 경계인 석렬시설(石烈施設)을 설치하였다. 부속시설로는 물 빠짐을 위한 수구와 배수로가 있고, 동·서·북측에 각 1개소, 남측에 3개소의 궁궐문터가 발견되었다.

Palace Enclosure Wall - South Side
This is the south side of the enclosure wall that surrounded the Baekje palace built here during the reign of King Mu (r. 600-641). The palace was oriented to face south, making the south side of the enclosure wall the facade of the palace.
