국문
익산댁은 정면 4칸, 측면 2칸 규모의 ‘一’ 자형 안채와 부속채로 구성된 가옥이다. 안채는 1칸 대청을 중심으로 안방과 건넌방이 있으며 안방의 서쪽에 부엌이 있는 건물이다. 부엌을 제외한 3칸의 공간 앞에는 툇마루를 두었다. 앞쪽에 새시 문을 설치하는 등 생활의 편의를 위하여 일부를 개조하고 수리하였으나 비교적 가옥의 원형이 잘 남아 있다.

Iksandaek House is presumed to have been built in the early 20th century. It comprises a women’s quarters and an auxiliary quarters.
