3호 지석묘의 덮개돌은 원래 자리에 있었던 것으로 조사되었으며, 지석묘의 묘역을 표시하는 묘역석 대부분은 유실되어 묘역의 정확한 범위는 알 수 없다. 무덤 뚜껑돌은 커다란 판판한 돌 3매로, 벽석은 판판한 돌과 막돌을 섞어서 축조하였다. 무덤 바닥은 땅을 파고 그대로 이용하였으며, 유물은 무문토기 아랫부분 1점이 출토되었다.
