○種蕎麥【鄕名木麥】: 蕎麥趂時爲良。【失時遇霜不收。】 立秋在六月, 則節前三日內, 立秋在七月, 則節後三日內, 乃其時也。 宜荒地。 五月耕之。 得草爛, 六月又耕。 下種時, 又耕之。 種子一斗, 糞灰一石爲度。 【灰小, 則漬種亦可。】 田雖塉薄, 多糞灰, 則可收。 其實半黑半白, 刈之。倒竪, 則皆黑。 其早霜處, 宜早耕, 不必待立秋前後也。 若山林肥厚之地, 火耕撒種, 所收倍常。 ○漬種法: 燒牛馬糞爲灰, 以廐池尿盛貯木槽中, 漬蕎麥種半日, 漉出。投灰中, 令灰粘着種子。 油麻。 【本草白油麻, 唐人稱芝麻, 俗所爲眞荏子。】 水蘇子。【俗稱水荏子】	19	20
