Jamie Jungmin Yoo, Assistant Professor of the Humanities, Yonsei U, Korea

Jamie Jungmin Yoo is an assistant professor at the College of Liberal Arts, Yonsei University, Republic of Korea. Formerly, she conducted her postdoctoral research at the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences (CASS) in Beijing, China. She completed her dissertation, “Materiality and Writing: Circulation of Texts, Reading and Reception, and Production of Literature in 18th-century Korea,” at Harvard University in 2014. It was acknowledged as the 2015 Specialist Publication Accolade in the Ph.D. Humanities by the International Convention of Asia Scholars (ICAS), based in Leiden, the Netherlands.
