Definition
전치적(全雉炙)은 통째로 구워낸 꿩 20마리를 한 그릇에 고인 것이다. 꿩을 속까지 익게 하면서 통째로 구워야 하므로 한지로 싸서 물을 바르면서 은근한 불로 장시간 구워야 한다. 전치수(全雉首), 생치전체소(生雉全體燒)라고도 한다. 1887년(고종 24) 1월 27일 경복궁 만경전에서 열린 정일진찬 때 대왕대비인 신정왕후에게 올린 대왕대비전진어찬안에 있다.
