Definition
삼색매화강정(三色梅花强精)은 찰나락을 튀겨 만든 매화꽃 모양의 고물을 묻힌 강정으로 하얀색, 분홍색, 노란색의 매화강정을 한 그릇에 함께 고인 것이다. 1887년(고종 24) 1월 27일 경복궁 만경전에서 열린 정일진찬 때 신정왕후에게 올린 대왕대비전진어찬안에 있다. 1자 3치 높이로 홍매화강정과 백매화강정 각각 450개, 노란 잣을 붙인 강정 400개를 고였다.
