제작 배경


국가유산청은 2017년 부터 2038년 까지 백제왕도 핵심유적 보존관리사업의 세부과제 중 하나로, 백제왕도 핵심유적 기록물의 효율적인 관리와 대국민 활용을 목적으로 디지털 아카이브를 구축사업을 진행하고 있습니다. 기존의 아카이브는 단순히 자료의 디지털 사본을 보존하는데 그쳤다면, 이제는 다양한 자료와 정보를 체계적으로 조직·가공하여 사용자에게 의미있게 제공하는 역할로 확장되고 있습니다. 따라서 시맨틱 웹 기반의 의미 중심 디지털 큐레이션을 통해, 유적 지식을 효율적으로 탐색하고, 학술·교육·대중 서비스로 확장할 수 있는 백제왕도 핵심유적 맞춤형 디지털 인프라를 마련하고자 합니다.

제작 과정

01. 구축 대상 선정

백제 핵심유적 26개 중 부여에 위치하며, 사비 도읍기 관련 스토리텔링 데이터가 확보된 4개 유적(부여 부소산성, 부여 정림사지, 부여 왕릉원, 부여 능산리사지)을 구축 대상으로 선정하였습니다.

02. 데이터 수집

먼저, 스토리텔링 데이터 속 지식요소를 추출합니다. 이후, 요소들 간의 의미론적 관계를 설계하였습니다. 이때, 스토리텔링 데이터는 국가유산청에서 제공하는 국가유산 이야기마당에서 취득하여 사용하였습니다.

03. 온톨로지 설계

사비도성 유적의 사실과 문맥 정보 전달을 위해 Site, Artifact, Heritage 등 8개의 Class를 설계하였습니다. 이러한 정보의 이해를 돕기 위해 자원연계의 성격을 지닌 데이터들은 Web Resource, 구축 대상의 지리적 정보를 제공하는 데이터들은 Location으로 Class를 설계하였습니다. 또한 배경지식 없이 누구나 쉽게 탐색할 수 있도록 아카이브 속 지식요소을 재가공한 데이터들은 Story로 Class를 설계하였습니다.
이렇게 정리된 지식요소들 간의 연관관계를 분석하여 최종적으로 백제 사비도성에 적합한 Ontology를 구축합니다

시맨틱 웹 기술과 온톨로지를 활용하여, 사비도성 내 유적·유물·지형·경관 요소 간의 관계를 의미적으로 연결함으로써 단순 정보의 축적을 넘어선 지식 네트워크를 구축할 수 있습니다. 이러한 디지털 아카이브는 기존의 단편적 아카이빙 방식을 넘어, 공간의 기능적 맥락까지 파악할 수 있도록 돕는 통합형 디지털 아카이브로 사용 할 수 있습니다
