해설문
국문
이 집은 19세기 초에 지어진 건물로 월림마을을 내려다 볼 수 있는 풍수지리상 전형적인 길지에 자리해 있다. 안채와 사랑채는 각각 ‘ㄱ’자 모양으로 서로 맞물려 튼 ‘ㅁ’자 모양으로 이르는데, 사랑채 날개가 짧아서 서쪽이 트여 있다.
안채의 구조는 부엌, 안방, 대청, 골방*이 ‘ㅡ’자로 배치되는 남도방식과, 건넌방과 부엌을 두어서 건넌방을 중심으로 살림을 하도록 고려된 중부방식이 합쳐져 있다. 사랑채 역시 남도방식으로 배치를 했다. 원래 사랑채는 기와집이었으나 현재는 초가집이다. 전체적으로 단순하게 처리해서 장식은 없지만 잘 짜여진 집이다.

이 집은 19세기 초에 지어진 전통 가옥으로 안채와 사랑채로 이루어져 있다. 두 초가 건물이 안마당을 중심으로 ‘ㅁ’자 구조를 이루는데, 사랑채 날개가 짧아서 서쪽이 트여 있다. 이 집에서는 월림리 마을을 내려다 볼 수 있으며, 풍수지리상 전형적인 길지에 자리하고 있다.
안채는 왼쪽에서부터 부엌, 안방, 대청, 작은방으로 이루어져 있고, 오른쪽 날개에 건넌방과 부엌을 하나 더 두었다. 사랑채는 원래 기와집이었는데 나중에 초가집으로 바뀌었다고 한다. 전체적으로 구조가 단순하지만 잘 짜여진 집이다.
