의령여씨 향제시도록은 시조제단비를 설치한 이유와 제사 의식에 대한 내용 등을 상세하게 기록한 문서이다. 1807년부터 1943년까지 136년간 의령여씨 가문의 제사와 관련된 지역별 가문의 참여율, 자금내역 등 경제 상황 등이 기록되어 있어 의령여씨 가문의 조상에 대한 예절과 지역경제상황 등을 살펴볼 수 있는 중요한 자료이다.

Records of Ancestral Rituals and Altar Stele for the Founder of the Uiryeong Yeo Clan
This stele was erected in 1807 at the altar where ancestral rituals are held for Yeo Seon-jae, the founder of the Uiryeong Yeo clan. It is accompanied by a book that records the reason for erecting the stele as well as information about the ancestral rituals.
The stele has an inscription which says that great effort was made to search for the tomb of Yeo Seon-jae based on what was written in genealogical records, but it could not be found. For this reason, the altar stele was built at this place, which is believed to be close to the tomb, and ancestral rituals were performed here.
The book is a handwritten document related to the ancestral rituals of the Uiryeong Yeo clan from 1807 to 1943. It consists of 461 pages and compiles the participation rate of the clan members from each locale, the expenses that went into the rituals, and the ceremonial order of events.
