해설문

국문

단군성전은 정면 3칸, 측면 2칸으로 이루어진 맞배지붕 건물이다. 정면에는 원기둥을 사용하였고 그 외에는 모두 각기둥을 사용하였다. 기둥을 중심으로 측정한 전체 면적은 24.94(7.54평)이다. 정면 4개의 기둥에 주련이 걸려 있다.

Dangunseongjeon Shrine

Dangunseongjeon Shrine honors Dangun, the legendary founder of the first Korean state, Gojoseon (?-107 BCE). The building measures three bays in width by two bays in depth, with a total area of 24.94 ㎡. The gable roof is supported by round pillars along the front and square pillars elsewhere.

영문 해설 내용

단군성전은 한국 최초의 국가인 고조선의 시조 단군왕검을 모신 전각이다. 정면 3칸, 측면 2칸으로 이루어진 맞배지붕 건물이고, 정면에는 원기둥을 사용하였고 그 외에는 모두 각기둥을 사용하였다. 전체 면적은 24.94㎡이다.
