해설문
국문
포천으로 부임한 역대 수령들의 선정비를 모아놓았다. 선정비는 수령이 재임 중이거나 임기를 마치고 떠난 후 그의 훌륭한 치적을 기리기 위해 세운 비이다. 주로 ‘맑은 덕으로 백성들을 사랑하고 훌륭한 정사를 베풀었다’는 것과 같은 내용을 담고 있다.
이곳의 선정비는 총 13기이다. 건립 시기는 17세기 초부터 19세기 말까지이다. 수령은 이현(李袨, 1584~1637), 심정고(沈廷考), 조문화(趙文和, 1805~?), 이윤식(李允植, 1793~1858) 등이며 그 중 1기는 파악할 수 없다. 이 비석들은 본래 포천향교 앞과 내촌면 내리 일대에 흩어져 있던 것을 군내면 구읍리로 옮겨 일렬로 세워놓았다가, 1997년에 다시 이곳 청성역사공원으로 이전하여 정비한 것이다. 포천의 행정사 연구에 매우 귀중한 자료이다.

Steles of the Local Magistrates of Pocheon
These steles commemorate their virtuous and fair governance of the former local magistrates of Pocheon during the Joseon period (1392-1910).
There are 13 steles in total, erected between the 17th and 19th centuries. While 12 of the steles clearly state the person whom they honor, one is unclear. Originally, these steles were scattered in the vicinity of Pocheonhyanggyo Confucian School and the Naechon-myeon area, but were all relocated to Gunnae-myeon and displayed in a row. In 1997, they were moved once again to Cheongseong History Park. They are valuable resource in the study of the administrative history of Pocheon.
