- Program Remarks - The Canadian Nursing Review Program provides Internationally Educated Nurses (IEN) with the skills required to pass the NCLEX-RN and become certified to work as a nurse in Canada. The Canadian Nursing Review Program was designed for International Students and we see a large interest from South Korean Nurses.
