  1. Korea-related Courses : AH303 Art of Asia
    • Course Remarks - The art and culture of Asia is explored, specifically India, China, Japan, Korea or Southeast Asia. Styles of the area under consideration are studied in various media, including bronze, ceramics, painting, and architecture. Modernist and contemporary developments are considered. The focus of the course may change; topics are announced through semester course descriptions. The course may be repeated once when course content changes.
  2. Korea-related Courses : AH248 Survey of Asian Art
    • Course Remarks - This course introduces the distinctive, yet related, artistic traditions of South, Southeast Asia, and East Asia from the prehistoric to early modern period. Through the studies of selected artworks and architectural sites, this course will provide a contextual framework for understanding Asian art. The class topics and discussions are organized to encourage students to develop skills and confidence in analyzing, describing, and comparing visual forms from various regions in Asia.
