1. Program (Korea-related degree offered) : Asian Studies Major
   • Programs Remarks - The Asian Studies major focuses on the modern and traditional history and literature of Asian cultures and societies, contemporary Asian politics, economic links between the Asia and the rest of the world, and global philosophical, ethical and religious issues. It provides a broad interdisciplinary perspective, to deepen knowledge of Asian affairs and support students' critical reflections on current issues. Asian Studies majors are well prepared for graduate study and for careers in government, local and international non-governmental organizations, and the private sector.
2. Program (Korea-related degree offered) : Asian Studies Minor
   • Programs Remarks - Many time students have majors in discipline areas they wish to keep, but a minor in Asian Studies can form a significant component and even a type of specialty for a major. Therefore, the Asian Studies Program offers an Asian Studies Minor consisting of 18 hours of Asian Studies coursework.
