Hapchŏl said: "The Master ordered me to escort the Young Master and return home and thereby console the Lady. Hapchŏl said: "Those who I regarded as Heaven have collapsed. If I do not die what will I do?" He also engaged in the battle and died. The soldiers strove to advance. They beheaded 3,000. The Queen listened to this and shed tears. She performed a ritual burial and generous bestowed gifts.
