Definition
‘사정(思政)’은 ‘선정(善政)을 생각하다’라는 뜻이며, 정도전이 작명하였다. 천하의 이치는 생각하면 이를 얻을 수 있고 생각하지 않으면 이를 잃게되는 것이므로 왕으로 하여금 깊이 생각하여 정치할 것을 촉구하는 내용이다.
