Definition

사색감사과(四色甘絲果)는 울금과 갈매를 넣어 노란색과 초록색을 낸 강정바탕을 모지면서 얇게 만든 다음 튀겨내어 백당녹인 것을 묻혀 고물을 하지 않고 만든 흰색, 붉은색, 초록색, 노랑색 네 가지 색의 유과를 한 그릇에 함께 고인 것이다. 1887년(고종 24) 1월 27일 경복궁 만경전에서 열린 정일진찬 때 신정왕후에게 올린 대왕대비전진어찬안에 있다. 1자 3치 높이로 사색감사과를 각각 1300개씩 고였다.
