중박계

Definition

중박계(中朴桂)는 밀가루에 꿀을 넣어 반죽하여 네모지고 납작하게 만들어 참기름에 지져낸 대표적인 유밀과(油蜜果)이다. 왕실 가례 때 동뢰연상에 올린다. 만드는 방법은 약과(藥果)와 같지만, 중박계는 꿀을 바르지 않는다.
