왜주홍칠장상

Definition

왜주홍칠장상(倭朱紅漆長床)은 궁중연행 때 사용하는 왜주홍칠을 한 긴 상이다. 왜주홍은 일본산 주홍색 안료이다. 장상은 가로가 긴 직사각형 천판(天板)에 높은 다리를 가지고 있는 것이 특징이다. 진연이나 동뢰연에서 음식을 올려놓는 용도로 사용하였다.
