Definition
사색빙사과(四色冰絲果)는 강정바탕을 잘게 썰어 말려서 망에 담아 기름에 튀겨내어 흰색의 백당 녹인 것과 백당에 치자, 갈매를 넣어 노란 엿과 초록 엿을 만들어 서로 잘 붙게 버무려 틀에 담아 굳혀 모지게 썬 4가지 색의 빙사과를 한 그릇에 함께 고인 것이다. 1887년(고종 24) 1월 27일 경복궁 만경전에서 열린 정일진찬 때 신정왕후에게 올린 대왕대비전진어찬안에 있다. 1자 3치높이로 사색빙사과 각각 65개씩 고였다.
