홍망구소

Definition

홍망구소(紅望口消)는 붉은 색을 띠는 보름달 모양의 과자이다. 왕실 가례 때 동뢰연상에 올린다. 밀가루에 흑당녹인 것이나 꿀을 넣어 반죽한 다음, 둥글납작한 모양으로 만들어 참기름에 지져낸 것을 꿀에 담갔다가 꺼내어 지초물을 들인 사분백미(沙粉白米)를 고물로 묻힌다.
