퉁소

Definition

퉁소( 洞簫)는 황죽(黃竹)으로 만들어 세로로 부는 관악기이다. 민속음악에서는 퉁애라고 한다. 퉁소의 길이는 대략 50~60㎝ 사이이며, 내경이 2.2~4㎝로 규격이 다양하다. 궁중에서 사용하는 퉁소는 뒷면에 한 개, 앞면에 다섯 개 등 도합 여섯 개의 지공이 있다. 전정헌가(殿庭軒架) 악대에 편성되는 악기이다.
