주정

Definition

주정(酒亭)은 궁중연향 때 사용할 술과 술을 따르는데 쓰이는 술병, 잔, 작 등을 올려놓는 정자 모양의 탁자이다. 직사각형의 천판(天板)에 정자와 같이 난간을 둘렀으며, 호랑이발[虎足] 모양의 긴 다리로 구성되어 있다. 주정은 크기와 색깔에 따라 소주정, 대주정, 왜주홍칠주정, 흑칠주정 등이 있다. 왕이나 왕대비 등 왕실어른이 사용하는 주정을 수주정(壽酒亭)이라고 하며, 주칠을 하였다. 왕세자와 왕세자빈이 사용하는 주정은 흑칠을 하였다.
