장경왕후

장경왕후(章敬王后:1491~1515) 조선 제11대 중종의 계비. 본관은 파평(坡平). 파원부원군 윤여필(尹汝弼)과 순천부부인 박씨의 딸이다. 이모인 월산대군(月山大君)의 부인 박씨에 의하여 양육되었다.

1506년에 대궐에 들어가 처음 숙의(淑儀)에 봉하여지고 중종비 단경왕후 신씨(端敬王后愼氏)가 폐위된 후 왕비에 책봉되었다. 1515년 2월 세자(世子: 인종)를 낳은 뒤 그 산후병으로 6일만에 경복궁 별전(別殿)에서 사망했다.

1남1녀를 두었고 시호는 선소의숙장경왕후(宣昭懿淑章敬王后), 능호는 희릉(禧陵)으로 경기도 고양시 원당읍 원당리에 있다 [네이버 지식백과] 장경왕후 [章敬王后] (한국민족문화대백과, 한국학중앙연구원)
