약밥

Definition

약밥(藥飯)은 불린 찹쌀을 쪄내어 진간장을 넣어 검은 빛을 내고 꿀과 참기름을 넣고 대추, 말린 밤, 잣을 넣고 버무려, 시루에 무르게 쪄낸 검은 빛의 고소하고 윤기 나는 찰밥이다. 1887년(고종 24) 1월 27일 경복궁 만경전에서 열린 정일진찬 때 신정왕후에게 올린 대왕대비전진어찬안에 있다.
