아박

Definition

아박(牙拍)은 궁중정재(宮中呈才)인 아박무(牙拍舞)의 무구(舞具)로 쓰인 타악기이다. 악기로 사용하는 박-拍(拍) 보다 작으나, 박과 같이 모두 6쪽이다. 상아로 만드는데, 고래뼈나 쇠뼈, 사슴뿔로 대용하기도 한다. 향발(響鈸)과 같은 방식으로 사슴가죽으로 꿰고 오색 매듭을 드리운다.
