Definition
삼색한과(三色漢果)는 밀가루에 꿀을 넣고 흰색, 붉은색, 초록색으로 색을 내어 납작하고 모지게 만들어 참기름에 튀겨 흰 엿 녹인 것을 발라 단 맛을 낸 유밀과를 한 그릇에 함께 고인 것이다. 1887년(고종 24) 1월 27일 경복궁 만경전에서 열린 정일진찬 때 신정왕후에게 올린 대왕대비전진어찬안에 있다. 1자 3치 높이로 삼색한과를 각각 880개씩 고였다.
