대전복

Definition

대전복(大全鰒)은 전복 가운데 크기가 큰 전복이다. 대전복은 왕실 동뢰연때 차리는 면협상(面俠床) 위에 올리는 어육(魚肉) 중의 하나로 쓰였다. 대전복 1접(貼)을 모란꽃 형태로 절육을 만들어 아름답게 오려서 고인다. 건문어, 건상어, 건치, 중포절과 같이 두 번째 줄에 고여 놓았다.
