경복궁 흥복전 주변지역 발굴조사보고서

Definition

• 이 보고서는 경복궁 안에 있는 흥복전 주변 지역 조사 및 발굴된 정보를 모아놓은 것이다. 흥복전은 명종 8년(1553), 임진왜란 시기(1592)에 소실되었으나 고종 2년(1865) 대대적인 경복궁 재건 작업으로 복원 되었다. 하지만 일제의 침략으로 상당부분 소실 되었으나 1990년대 부터 경복궁 복원 정비 계획이 수립 되었고 이때 흥복전 은 대대적인 조사가 이루어진다. 여기에 포함된 지역은 흥복전 주변지역 및 영훈당, 전기등소 등이 있다.
