목포부청

Definition

목포부청 (木浦府廳,1914~1949)에 목포부(木浦府)는 일제 강점기와 광복 후 1949년까지 존재했던 행정 구역으로, 현재의 대한민국 전라남도 목포시에 해당한다. 목포부청은 구 목포영사관 건물에 설립되었다. 1906년 1월 목포영사관이 폐쇄되고 1906년 2월부터 같은 건물에 목포이사청이 설립되어 사용되다가 이후 1914년 1월부터 목포부청으로 사용하게 된다.
