豆菽麰麥之穀은 亦無非養人命之物故로
百草之中에 穀植이 最重이요
犯霜雪而不凋하고 閱四時而長春者는 松柏也니

牧丹은 花之繁華者故로 人以牧丹 比之於繁華富貴人이라.
