산업남관과 마주하여 정문에서 오른편에 보이는 것이 산업북관이었다. 산업남관에 다음 가는 대규모의 전시관으로 방직물, 표백 가공품, 제작공업품, 도자기, 화학공업품, 식료품, 각종 특허품, 광업품 및 중앙시험소, 연료비축연구소, 지질조사소 등의 출품물을 전시하였다. 그중 광업품은 탄광모형과 작업 상황을 전시하고, 전기 점멸장치를 이용하여 전 조선의 광구분포를 제시한 전시물은 본관의 제일 큰 구경거리였다. 또한 미쓰코시 오복점(미쓰코시 백화점의 전신)에서 설치한 양복 코너와 조선피혁회사의 모형 소가 인기가 있었다. 연료비축연구소의 특별 전시 개량온돌과 대창무역의 전시는 공작 모형을 이용하여 관람객의 시선을 끌었다.
